| The Sea Wolves (1980): This true story follows the exploits of a top secret British military mission to destroy Nazi radio ships in a neutral port during World War II. The bold plan is led by British officers Intelligence Col. Lewis Pugh (Gregory Peck) and Capt. Gavin Stewart (Roger Moore). Because the ships are in neutral territory the British military command, while encouraging the regime, must deny all knowledge of it if it fails. Pugh Stewart and enlist the help of an officer retired Col. Bill Grice (David Niven) and certain of its former soldiers. Under the pretext of being on a fishing expedition, these old apparently drunk men in civilian should go up and destroy Nazis 3 ships, including radio transmissions have led to Nazi submarines sinking Allied ships. While Stewart is organizing a diversion on the shore, Pugh and Grice perform the dangerous raid and destruction of Nazi ships. | ||
